💥 Hero Balance Updates
🏹 Freja – The Stylish Sharpshooter (Standard Update)
Freja’s dashy chaos was a little too breezy in battle. A quick tune-up on her movement and reload timing keeps things fair without dulling her style.
Abilities:
- Take Aim (Secondary Fire):
- Slow momentum duration reduced (1.5s → 1.0s)
- Reload time increased slightly (1.35s → 1.5s)
- Quick Dash (Ability 1): Cooldown increased (4s → 4.5s)
- Updraft (Ability 2): Cooldown increased (10s → 12s)

Things got a little wild in the arena — here’s what’s changing for the Stadium crew!

🐰 D.Va – Lava Queen Rises
Developer Note: These buffs help her hold the line and keep out unwelcome guests.
- Focused Fusion (Power): Fusion Cannon spread decreased to 50% (from 66%)
- Ignition Burst (Power): Lava damage increased to 80 (up from 30)
- Vesuvius Protocol (Rare Ability Item): Lava damage increased to 80 (up from 30)
👑 Junker Queen – Axe, Shotgun, Knife… Everything’s Sharp Now
Developer Note: Time to share the spotlight with her other toys.
- Royal Bullets (Power):
- Range increased to 15m (from 12m)
- Damage increased to 50 (from 30)
- Twist The Knife (Power): Wounds extension up to 1s (from 0.5s)
- Blade Parade (Power): Damage increased to 100% (from 35%)
- Merciless Magnetism (Power): Range increased to 15m (from 12m)
- Thick Skull (Epic Survival Item): Damage Reduction increased to 75% (from 50%)

🐘 Orisa – Heat Up the Front Line
Developer Note: Overheat builds lacked punch — we’re helping Orisa burn brighter.
- Scorched Earth (Power): Damage increased to 20% (from 10%)
- Electro Lights (Rare Weapon Item): Recovery rate increased to 50% (from 25%)
🛡️ Reinhardt – No More Burn Shenanigans
Developer Note: One combo was too strong — it’s been dialed back, but other options are better now!
- Barrier Reconstruction (Power): Barrier Health Restoration increased to 15% (from 10%)
- Feeling the Burn (Power):
- No longer applies to Smashing and Dampener Grip
- Dampener Grip (Epic Weapon Item): Ability Power increased to 15% (from 10%)
🔥 Ashe – Boomstick Babe Gets Buffed
Developer Note: Giving her some OOMPH where it was missing.
- Out with a Bang (Power): Explosives damage reduction decreased to 30% (from 66%)
- Molten Munitions (Power): Damage increased to 80 (from 50) ⚠️ Tooltip still shows 50 – fix coming next season.
- Reload Therapy (Power): Heal increased to 10% (from 3%)
- Sidewinder (Epic Weapon Item):
- Attack speed increased to 15%
- Damage increased to 25%
🏹 Freja – Bola Build Gets Chilled Out
Developer Note: Too much CC for too little cost — we’re reigning it in gently.
- Lille Fælde (Power):
- Slow decreased by 60%
- No longer pulls enemies on hit
- So Cooked (Power):
- Damage zone reduced to 30%
- Duration shortened to 2s
- Deep Pockets (Power): Ammo restored from abilities reduced to 25% (from 50%)
- Forager (Power): Heal per hit increased to 4% (from 3%)
- Portable Zipline (Epic Weapon Item): Weapon Power down to 5% (from 15%)
- Volley à Deux (Power): Additional bolt damage reduction changed to 33% (from 50%)
- Magnetic Maelstrom (Epic Ability Item): Disabled ❌
☃️ Mei – Blizzard Boost
Developer Note: A cozy buff to help Mei chill through fights.
- Blizznado (Power): Heal per second increased to 15% (from 5%)
👟 Soldier: 76 – Biotic Boost
Developer Note: Buffs for underused Biotic Field builds, and a small Chaingun nerf.
- Hunker Down (Power): Field duration cut only 50% (was 70%)
- Chaingun (Power): Weapon Power per shot reduced to 0.4% (from 0.5%)
- Battery Pack (Rare Ability Item): Biotic Field duration increased to 40%
- Rapid Response Radius (Epic Ability Item): Radius increased to 40%
- Compression Fatigues (Rare Survival Item):
- Removed 5% attack speed
- Added 5% ability power
💉 Ana – Grandma Gets Going
Developer Note: More mobility and smarter aiming during pressure.
- Tactical Rifle (Power): Aim tracking angle reduced by 50% (targets enemies better!)
- Dash Boots (Rare Ability Item):
- Speed boost increased to 10%
- Cooldown reduced to 3s
- Cluster Core (Epic Ability Item): Biotic Grenade cooldown now reduces 2s per target hit (was 1s)

💫 Juno – Hyper Ring Grows Stronger
Developer Note: Now worth the pick!
- Hyper Healer (Power): Overhealth increased to 100 (from 50)
- Black Hole (Power): Slow duration doubled to 2s
🦊 Kiriko – Self-Care
Developer Note: Just a little self-love buff.
- Self-Care (Power): Heal increased to 15% (from 5%)
🐞 Bug Fixes

- Fixed Fusion Cannon shooting too few pellets when using Focused Fusion.
🏹 Freja
- Fixed Bola direct hit doing more damage than intended.
- Fixed “So Cooked” zone not triggering ability-based effects.
