🎮✨ Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6: A Crossover We Never Expected (But Absolutely Needed) ✨🎮

Capcom has done some legendary crossovers in its time, but this one might be one of the most unexpected—and delightful—of all. During the first day of Evo Japan 2025, Blizzard and Capcom officially announced a special Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 collaboration, and yes, it’s real, and yes, it’s coming soon!
The announcement came with a gorgeous animated teaser showing some of our favorite Overwatch heroes reimagined as Street Fighter icons. And let me tell you, it works way better than I thought it would.
🥊The Crossover Skins
- 💙 Juno as Chun-Li – New girl stepping up as the queen of kicks
- 🥋 Hanzo as Ryu – Brooding archer meets iconic martial artist energy
- 🕷️ Kiriko as Juri – Mischievous, a little unhinged… this pairing is spicy
- 🧘♂️ Zenyatta as Dhalsim – Floaty monk meets stretchy yoga fire?!
- 🎯 Widowmaker as Cammy – Stealth + style = deadly
- 🐵 Winston as Blanka – A giant electrified science monster… checks out
- 🔫 Soldier: 76 as Guile – Dad 76 with THAT HAIR?!
- 🧠 Sigma as M. Bison – Evil, floaty, and dramatic? Absolutely yes
📆 Launch Date
All eight skins are dropping when the event launches on May 20, and while we haven’t seen the full in-game models just yet, the teaser already has fans buzzing (myself included). The blend of Street Fighter’s fierce aesthetic with Overwatch’s bold character designs is so fun, and you can tell both teams put real love into this crossover.
That said, fans have started raising eyebrows over some choices—like this popular comment:
“Juri is literally a spider — why is she not Widowmaker?”
Honestly? A valid point. But maybe they wanted to mix things up a bit—Kiriko and Juri do share that unpredictable edge, and maybe Widow just really vibed with Cammy’s look. Either way, it’s fun to speculate, and I can’t wait to see them all in action.
Personally I think the Juri skin looks fire on kiriko! Cant wait to get some kunai snipes in, in this snazzy outfit!
💬 What to Expect
So far, we know we’re getting the eight crossover skins, but there may be more surprises in store—maybe themed challenges, voice lines, or even emotes. Blizzard hasn’t revealed those details yet, but with the event just around the corner, we won’t have to wait long.
