🌟Phantom Reaper Build
Information in this build is based off the video from @DrTopazz
This Reaper build for Overwatch 2’s Stadium mode focuses on turning Reaper into a hyper-aggressive, self-sustaining shotgun assassin. It centers around:
- Wraith Form healing and mobility (via Wraith Renewal and Dauntless Draught),
- Cooldown resets on eliminations (from Spirited to Slay),
- Massive shotgun damage (buffed by Eye of the Spider, Shrouded Trapnel, and stacked perks),
- Constant repositioning and escape tools (especially with Wretched Wings letting you fly).
In short: You heal, reload, and reset abilities with every kill, letting you stay in fights longer and eliminate enemies nonstop.
🕶️ Round 1 – First Power: Wraith Renewal
- Pick: Wraith Renewal
- Why: Every time you pop Wraith Form, you heal yourself and reload your shotguns.
- Perks: Grab some green perks.
💸 Round 2 – Cashing In and Powering Up
- Sell: Your green perks.
- Buy: Dauntless Draught (Purple, Survival tab).
- Strategy:
Longer Wraith Form = more zoomies + more healing!
🔥 Round 3 (& Beyond) – Second Power: Spirited to Slay
- Pick: Spirited to Slay
- (As soon as you can afford it ) Buy:
– Eye of the Spider (Purple, Weapons tab).
– Wretched Wings (Purple, Survival tab). - Stack: Add blue perks like Talon Modification Module and Icy Coolant to get SUPER spicy shotgun damage.
- Bonus:
Pick up The Closer if you have extra cash.
💥 Round 5 – Third Power: Shrouded Shrapnel
- Pick: Shrouded Shrapnel
- Why: Wraith Form now buffs your shotguns with extra pellets and spread. Blasting has never felt this good!
🌀 Round 7 – Final Power Pick
Recommended: Revolving Ruin for bonus offense. 🔥
Pick: Anything you vibe with!
🌸 Death Blossom Build
Information in this build is based off the video from @ClazzicOW
This Reaper death blossom build for Overwatch 2’s Stadium mode transforms Reaper into a high-damage, self-healing ult carry. It focuses on:
Massive AoE burst damage (boosted by Death Step, Sharded Sharpen, and Ability Power stacking),
Sustaining through fights with lifesteal (via Spirited to Slay, Nano Cola, and Energized Bracers),
Armor stacking for survival (using Vital and Fusion Drive to tank enemy focus),
Extended ult range and mobility (with Strangle Step and Wreath of Ruin perks).
In short: You dive in, unleash a supercharged death blossom, heal through enemy damage, and wipe squads before they can counter.
🕶️ Round 1 – First power: Shrouded Shrapnel
Pick:
- Shrouded Shrapnel
Buy:
- Compensator
- Ability Power
- Ability Lifesteal
Strategy:
Start strong. You want high ult damage and healing right away so you can stay alive while using your ultimate.
💸 Round 2 – Coin stack and power boost
Buy:
- Wreath of Ruin (if you can afford it)
Alternative:
- Nano Cola
- Power Playbook
- Compensator
Strategy:
These boost ult power and sustain. Pair them with Compensator from round 1 for a deadly early combo.
Goal:
Wraith Form cooldown reduced + more damage = early squad wipes.
🔥 Round 3 – Second Power: Death Step
PIck:
Death step
Buy:
- (If Wreath of Ruin isn’t bought yet, get it now.)
- Champion Kit
Why:
Death Step increases your ult’s radius and bonus damage. Combine that with Spirited to Slay and you’re lifestealing while nuking.
🛡️ Round 4 – Tank up, don’t drop
Buy:
- Lumerico Fusion Drive
Why:
+50 armor and armor regen when using abilities = you live through team fights while ulting.
Bonus:
Also adds 15% ability power. More damage, more survival.
💥 Round 5 – Third Power: Spirited to Slay
Buy:
- Energized Bracers
- Nano Cola (if not bought earlier)
Why:
Get to 105% ability power and 20% ability lifesteal.
Combo tip:
Wraith Form into death blossom = full wipe.
🧱 Round 6 & 7 – Final perk: Vital – Final Power: Strangle Step
Buy:
- Vital
Why:
Converts 100% of health into armor. This makes you unkillable during ult even if a Cassidy or Soldier tries to burst you.
Strangle Step boosts Death Step’s value by giving more movement during your ult. The extra range lets you wipe far-away enemies easily.
Bonus effect:
Massive synergy with Death Step for extra ult range and survivability.
